Likely the space that will become the craft room in this house

It does have central vac!  That was not common in most of the houses we saw.

Back Yard

The deck is scheduled to be painted by the current owners before we take possession

The playground does not stay, but that's ok because we are all too big for it now!

Nice big yard - house is at the end of a cul-de-sac so we get the larger space with that.
