Museo Numismatico

Amanda's favorite place in Rome - the money museum!  This particular one holds many thousands of coins and waxes, including the entire set of ones put out by the Vatican.  Amanda's particular favorites were a set of coins dedicated to scientists - Einstein, the Curies, Fermi, etc..  We also saw coins commemorating the Battle of Waterloo - which we happen to live right by at the present!
