Casey and Livi at Solo and Ensemble

Casey and Livi, who both -

just moved to Morton this year,

just built houses and moved into the same neighborhood,

have played flute a year longer than the other kids since their previous schools started one year earlier,

play in both the 6th grade band and the 7th grade band,

decided to play a duet together at contest this year.

After a long wait at ICC in East Peoria, they finally got their turn to play.

After a great performance, the girls are given a Division I medal!
