Belgian Federal Parliament

Here is our tour group in the House of Lords.  The Belgian parliament has two houses like our Congress - the House of Lords and the House of Commons.  Guess what social status you once needed to be in to get into either of those?!  The House of Lords is much more ornate and all decorated in red.  The House of Commons is more plain and is done in greens.  We learned a lot about how the system works here during our day there - it was very interesting and fun!
